Freestyle Sushi Tutorials

Throughout lockdown in 2020 and 2021, we worked with Ciscoes to create some sushi tutorials for people to try at home while the restaurant was forced to closed.

Overall we created about a dozen episodes. Which were quite happy with even though the Chef Ciscoe’s first language isn’t English.
